How much does a car lift cost?
Car lifts we track run from just over $1,000 to the mid five figures, with the median around $5,000. Two-post or four-post
If you are going to work on brakes, suspension or exhaust, you want the wheels hanging and that means two-post. Are the prices real?
They are the median of what independent US dealers are currently listing for that exact model. They are a guide to the market, not a quote from us. A price becomes binding only when we confirm it in writing against your delivery address.
What ceiling height do I need?
It depends on the model and on your tallest vehicle. The calculator on this page gives you a first filter, and each listing carries the manufacturer's figure where we hold it. If a model's requirement is not stated, we have not verified it and will not guess.
Is the lift ALI certified?
Only where the listing says so and links to the ALI directory entry. Certification is a property of a specific model, not of a brand, and we do not repeat a certification claim we have not checked.
